FX Senior Business Development Manager
You Will Be Responsible For:
- Prospecting and onboarding new business across Poland
- Presenting Convera and the scope of its solutions for international payments and currency hedging
- Leading client meetings to present the Convera value proposition and close new business
- Collaborating internally with sales and product leadership to deploy innovative global payment solutions
- Meeting defined business targets and key performance indicators (KPIs)
You Should Apply If You Have/Are:
- Strong sales experience within the Financial Services industry
- Previous experience selling hedging products (preferred)
- Highly self-motivated and confident, with high integrity and tenacity to outperform the competition
- Financially astute with knowledge of business needs/concerns
- Full driving license (travel required)
- Fluent in Polish and competent English language skills
