M&A Analyst
Responsibilities:
- Research industries and specific companies, primarily in the Technology sector
- Prepare pitch decks, teasers and financial models to present to potential clients
- Analyze financial information and support the clients in the due diligence process
- Monitor the M&A market, identifying trends and searching for “the next big thing”
Requirements:
- Drive, communication skills and team spirit
- Bachelor’s degree in economics, finance, business or accounting
- Fluency in Polish and English
- Proficiency in Excel and Powerpoint
- Prior experience in M&A advisory or consulting is a plus
