Junior Investment Analyst
Responsibilities:
- Monitoring of portfolio companies’ performance
- Preparing internal and investors’ reporting
- Screening and analysing potential investment opportunities
- Performing financial and business analysis of target companies
- Building and maintaining financial models, including forecasting and scenario analysis
- Preparation of materials for the Investment Committee’s discussion
- Supporting transaction execution across the entire deal process
- Supporting fundraising and investor relations activities
Requirements:
- University degree (Bachelor’s or Master’s) in Finance, Economics or a related field
- 1–3 years of experience in a relevant field, such as: Private debt fund/ Private equity, Leverage finance, Corporate Finance/Valuations/ DD, Investment banking/ M&A, Strategic advisory
- Strong analytical and financial modelling skills
- Excellent command of Polish and English, other regional language will be an advantage
- High level of motivation, ownership and willingness to learn
- CFA, ACCA, CIMA will be an advantage
- Other regional language will be an advantage
