Investment Analyst
Your responsibilities:
- Investment analysis of prospective acquisitions / dispositions, due diligence support
- Support in quarterly and annual reporting, budget reviews and business plan updates for the funds / separate account vehicles managed by Peakside
- Investment and disposal analysis of existing portfolios
- Support in the process of external as well as internal market valuation of the properties
- Market analysis of warehouse, office, retail and other types of properties
- Calculation of bank covenants for banking reporting requirements
- Developing and updating on regular basis the internal databases and conducting ad hoc and deal specific market research
- Preparation of various presentations both for internal and external purposes
- Other analytical assignments delegated by superior
Our requirements:
- Prior real estate, banking or private equity related professional experience
- Degree in Economics / Finance / Law or related fields
- Strong MS Office and Powerpoint skills
- Very good English skills
- Good communication skills with ability to work in the team
- Experience in bank or alternative financing is an additional value
